Shipping destinations and product availability

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. Shipping to addresses outside the United States is temporarily unavailable.

Product availability may vary depending on supplier and fulfillment capacity.

Shipping rates

United States

  • For products eligible under our General shipping profile, Standard shipping is $8. Qualifying orders of $70 or more may receive free Standard shipping under that same profile.
  • Shopify Collective and other supplier-fulfilled items may have different shipping charges and delivery methods, calculated for your specific cart and U.S. delivery address.
  • Shipping discounts or free-shipping eligibility do not necessarily apply to all products, suppliers, or mixed carts.

The final shipping methods and charges available for your order are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners. Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment origin.

Any delivery timeframe shown on the storefront, at checkout, or in order communications is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address issues, and other events outside our control can affect delivery timing.

Tracking

When tracking information is provided by the fulfillment carrier, it will be made available through the applicable order-notification or tracking flow.

Customs, import duties, and taxes

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges that are not collected at checkout.

These charges, when applicable, are imposed by the destination country or carrier and are separate from the shipping charge shown by Robert Santillana.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays, failed delivery, or additional carrier charges.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.

Unavailable products or destinations

We currently do not offer delivery outside the United States. Product availability within the United States may also change because of supplier stock or fulfillment restrictions.
